Exchange Policy
Iggloo.co.uk will be happy to exchange for the same item most products that are damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped through any circumstance that is in our error. In these incidences, we will also cover the cost of the return of item.

Exchanged items must be received by us within 28 days of the date of despatch.

Unfortunately, due to limited availability, products marked limited edition on the website cannot be exchanged. If you receive a limited edition item that is damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped through any circumstance that is in our error, please click here for details of our returns policy.

Iggloo.co.uk are also happy to exchange items that are not damaged or faulty as long as the item is in its original condition and has not been used. You will be expected to cover the cost of return for these items.

We will not exchange items that:
  • Are returned more than 28 days after date of despatch.
  • Have obvious signs of use.
  • Are not in its original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts.
    All exchanged items must be accompanied by a receipt.

    Please allow 2 weeks for Exchanges for in-stock items. Backordered items may take longer.
